The lounge rooms has 2 leather sofas, large screen LCD TV/DVD and fireplace. The separate dining room seats 6 adults , and the kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher etc.

French doors lead you out onto the deck for alfresco dining.

You also have a private back yard, 2 extra toilets downstairs, and an extra bathroom/laundry for personal use.

Private parking is out the back.
